I get the above error when try to restore from secondary snap volume. May i know why it cant get snapshot information stored in DB at first place?

- Can you recover from other snapshots/snapshot tiers?
- Are other operations working as expected when using this media agent?
- is FC zoning is in place to perform the mount?
- Can you communicate with the array control host to initiate the mount?

i believe it is because the FC zoning. the SVM newly created and did not done any zoning to host yet.
we cant discover/add any LUN from the SVM also.

Answer: yes. able to open / browse from cluster and svm level.
