Hi @Raj Balaraj

A few questions:

  • Are you able to find and mount the snapshot manually via array management?
  • Can you recover from other snapshots/snapshot tiers?
  • Are other operations working as expected when using this media agent?
  • is FC zoning is in place to perform the mount?
  • Can you communicate with the array control host to initiate the mount?
