We are using Livesync to replicate HyperV VMs into Azure. Once in Azure we are able to power up the VMs without issue, but we are wondering how other users are automating the task of setting a static IP both in the Azure Network settings, and in the Windows Server ipv4 settings. We have tried manually creating the network adapters in Azure, but you aren’t able to select the adapter in the livesync setup.

HI Albrown,

In latest feature release 22, you should be able to select the network adapters in Azure for that you may have to configure in the replication group settings. Re-IP is something we are working on internally in general.

Thanks
