+2Why suddenly the files and folders inside the installation directory of my onprem backup gateway server lost. Even when reboot it nothings bring backup.
Does it is a known issue that something needs to be done to become persistent when deploying the OVA?

could you check if the client is listed in the CommCell Console or Command Center ?? If it is you can try repairing the agent which should fix the issue.
If it's not listed reinstalling the agent may be necessary

The backupgateway is already used and working since it was deployed. Then suddenly it happens the said issue. I tried to perform repairing from the commcell but seems it doesn't have the required package. The onprembackupgateway is an OVA file how to copy it on my software cache so i can use to for repairing?
Even it redeploy it from the OVA if there is no root cause and permanent fix this might happen again.
Delay reason:
Remote Software Cache is empty or does not contain the required packages for client's operating system. Make sure that required packages are present in CommServe cache and remote cache is configured to sync packages. Remote cache's sync settings of packages can be configured from 'Add/Remove Software Configuration' window.
