Hi,

I want to deploy v11.40 Commserve Linux OVA in VMware but I am not able to find proper package at the store (https://cloud.commvault.com/webconsole/softwarestore/store.do#!/).

What package name should I look for at the store?

The OVA is available in the store and called: VMWare Image of Commvault Software with 11.40
When you click on it you will be able to download the OVA for Linux. 

The description mentions: 

All-in-One: The OVA includes pre-installed CommServe, MediaAgent, and Virtual Server with a trial license

    Saw your post and was curious as well. I have not heard of such .OVA deployment methodology specifically for CommServe and based on quick research (Arlie) also confirms that it does not exist as of right now.

    "If you are specifically looking for an OVA file for CommServe deployment, Commvault does not currently provide a CommServe OVA. The OVA format is used for other components, such as Linux Access Nodes for VMware, but not for the CommServe server itself."

    The CommServe image should exist:

    1. It was mentioned in this training https://readiverse.commvault.com/partner/learn/courses/31380/product-release-updates-june-2025/lessons/65348/commvault-cloud-images-release-updates-june-2025 . The video includes a recording of the CommServe installation on VMware from image.

    2. At least one user was trying to deploy “the CommServe OVA on a Linux-based system (Rocky Linux) under VMware” as he created this topic: 

    So I asked him where did he got that image from.
