Is this Windows or Linux?

Is this V1 or V2 Indexing?

Is this from Primary or Secondary?

As it can be anything, I would recommend you log a case with COmmvault Support so we can review.

This is Windows Virtual Machine, Storage is primary, about indexing version I don’t have any idea. I already created support ticket but there are mention this is regarding to performance issue but we monitored resource utilization there are no any overutilization. 

What is your TR I can check?

Since there is no active/pending troubleshooting required from CV end at this time and you will be further checking with the end user on the suggested, As discussed and agreed, I'm setting this ticket and under ‘Closure Pending’ and the case will be automatically closed at 5 PM IST on this Monday if no further issues observed.

We cannot do any server spec upgrade because there are no any utilization and also they requested 96 GB ram that’s not possible, Unfortunately customer end these days have some kind of power failure because of that we cannot do any configurations from our end that’s the main issue.

You can reopen the case within 48h and explain the same.

I have reviewed the logs, it seems that the Disk/Media are really slow:

If so, can they use faster storage media?
