Virtual Server Agent - Delete Snapshot Duration greater than 30 minutes - Completed w/ one or more errors

I have this situation where we take a VSA backup of VmWare servers, the deletion of the snapshot can take sometime for two or three servers and causes a warning, when in reality the backup is fine

The Delete Snapshot can take one or two hours, as a consequece the Commvault seems to register the ‘Delete Snapshot Duration’ as 30 minutes and a few seconds

In this case the snapshot was deleted after 55 minutes

Is there any setting or something else, that could override the warning message?

Hi Mark,The 30minute deletion time is likely a time out on waiting for the task to complete.As you may know, the core issue would be with the VM, either being high activity or perhaps having a large snapshot tree.Unfortunately we do not have an additional setting for snapshot deletion time based errors.I would suggest either contacting VMware to rectify the core issue or speak to your account manager about having the ability to suppress the warning added as a feature.Cheers,
