Hi @Abhiman W ,

Have there been any recent Commvault software updates to your Commserve or media agents and or vsa proxies? You might want to check that the media agents and vsa proxies are on the same Commvault Software Version level as your Commserve.

Good Morning @Abhiman W ,

 

Additional details on the true error may be found from the proxy performing the backup.

We might need the following logs to review the first steps.

  1. CVD.log
  2. VSBKP.LOG
  3. CVFWD.LOG
  4. VixDiskLib.log

additional logs or a TR may be required but it would be a start.
