I’ve created 1-touch recovery dvd using this procedure https://documentation.commvault.com/2023e/expert/1_touch_for_linux_single_stage_dvd.html but when I try to boot from the media I’ve created the system cannot mount dvd and cannot find /dev/hd* device
what could be the reason?
I’ve tried both UEFI and BIOS boot but the issue is similar. I used DVD4_R11_B80_SP32.iso to create recovery media.
I had to download the latest iso for recovery from Commvault marketplace and this helped to get 1-Touch recovery done eventually.
