when i try login to my commcell console i get this massage » Use of CommCell Console requires authorization for new deployments starting from Platform release 2024. For more information https://kb.commvault.com/article/82051 » and my installation is all in one and after installation i append tha commcell console package on the same server so i can’t login to commcell console locally i only can with web console and command center

Yes, that is correct. New deployments can no longer use the CommCell console. The KB article explains it - let me know if you had any other questions?
