exist 11.32.35 via Add/Remove Software - copy software in C:\Commvault\Data\SW\CVMedia\11.0.0\SP32_5494260\R1191, if upgrade 11.32.56 or future release, should remove the folder CVMedia before copy new version software?

There is no need to delete anything from the cache before copying a new version. The Copy Software job will take care of everything.
