Delete custom Role

Usually I like to pursue some options here and discuss steps before jumping straight to a support case…

But since you’re seeing a database error when attempting to remove the role, the best next step is raise a support case.

For your situation, support will need stage the database internally and check if the error reproduces in Commvault staging environment - I suspect it will.

It’s likely there’s some orphaned record that will need cleaning up in the database and we’ll need a support case to drive this.
