As titled, any parties did try this in the testing environment without any issue?

I can see there were a couple of cases raised around this topic and i see since 2023 jan we do not support it.
If you like I would raise a ticket to be created in to a CMR ( Customer modification request ) as that is the process to get it supported or a definitive answer if it is on the road map.
If you are unable to raise a case then the accounts/sales team should be able to assist you with this request

Actually I had raised a case via mail as well as Portal in advance, but so far no response.

I just sent the issue to crm@commvault.com but I still not get any update now.
And it does not have any case NO. yet.

I would recommend to contact your account rep around getting the CMR created or raising a support ticket with the details and requesting a CMR to be created.
