How do I to remove orphan storage policy with no associated subclients?

If there are no subclients or data associated to the storage policy, you should be able to right click on the storage policy and choose All Tasks/Delete. You will be asked to type in a confirmation. I would strongly recommend verifying that there is no data associated to the storage policy one more time prior to deleting. Better safe than sorry
