It has been a few years since I deployed our Linux VSA and I do not see where to download it from. I went to https://cloud.commvault.com/ but do not see anything similar to what I downloaded years ago. Has the name changed for the appliance or has the process changed entirely?

You are talking about FREL (File Recovery Enabler).
Check here https://cloud.commvault.com/webconsole/applications/
Select Store > Virtualization and you will see the different version of it..
