we run a project to be an Archive Exchange mailbox:
have 3 web servers and 3 web consoles per site we need to secure it with an internal certificate server,
I follow the below links:
but when I add the certificate to the web console server only it's open and secure but can't be run on data show it's not started and check redness show all online I can't know what is the issue, I need it to be working fine to be secure the web server.

Can you clarify a bit on what you are seeing? It sounds like you are mentioning a few different things between Exchange Archive, Secure Web Server, and check readiness, though I’m not sure I am getting the full picture.
