The Environment is not displayed in the Overview

Hello everyone, I notice that the Environment field is not being displayed in the Overview of my Dashboard.Any tips on what I can do to solve it?The server has already been rebooted but without success.

    Maybe verify the Commvault MongoDb service is running?

    Yes, MongoDB is running.Only the VSS services are not running.

    Hi @MFranca ,

     

    I would suggest to raise a new case with support to look at this. We will need to review logs and check why the tile is not loading correctly
