Trying to add laptop client failing with Error Code :[68:574]

Hello, 

In my configuration, the CommServer and a Windows System are both members of a domain. When I try to add the Windows System as a laptop, the job fails with the error shown below.

68:574 Required media version [11.30] with transaction Id [4859364] is missing in the Software Cache. CommServe may be installed with a lower version media. Please check the media in Software Cache and try updating the CommServe before updating clients.

I looked into the software cache on the CommServer but couldn't find anything. I need some assistance here.

The version I am having is 11.30.43  [Hitachi Data Protection Suite]. The latest fixes for current release it says 11.30.0. 

 

I attempted to download the version using Command Centre, but received the following error.

68:70 Could not download the file [CVMedia\FeatureReleaseList.xml/C:\Program Files\HDS\Backup and Recovery\SW\FeatureReleaseList.xml].

I then tried to get the Full Media of version 11.30. It wouldn't let me say Restricted Access.

While using cloud.commvault.com, Please try to login with another credentials which is registered with commserve. Otherwise try to add your user with commserver: https://documentation.commvault.com/2022e/expert/40685_associating_users_with_commserve_server.html
