I would like to know where to download the certificates. I can only find the exam score currently in the “My Activities”.

Commvault uses Credly to issue badges, and in the new Readiverse portal, you should receive your badges in just a few minutes. If you don’t see your Readiverse badge within an hour, be sure to check your spam or junk folders. If it’s still not there after 24 hours, please reach out to enablement-help@commvault.com for support. You can also create a Credly account with the same email address as your Commvault account to view your badges. To download your Commvault certification certificates, you can follow these steps:
- Log into Education Advantage and check your history to see if the certificates are available there.
- If the certificates are not visible, you should email csodregwest@commvault.com for assistance.
- Additionally, you can download the PDF certificate from Credly. Detailed instructions on how to accept and manage your digital badge, including downloading the PDF, can be found at the following link: How to accept and manage your digital badge.
