Hi,I recently gained access to the Partner Portal and I have now completed the SE training on Readiverse.My next task was going to be to download all the available PowerPoint decks so that I could start building a couple of decks to tell the Commvault story (i.e. intro and deep-dive).Where can I find the decks?I am hoping that there are SE decks that go into great detail on each of the main product features (i.e. Core platform, Threat Scan, ThreatWise, Cleanroom Recovery, Air Gap Protect, Security IQ, Identity Resilience, HyperScale X, ...). Many thanksMark

Hi Team, Noticed there are a number of specialist badges for Commvault -  Commvault Cloud SaaS for Microsoft Azure VMs - CredlyCore Security Features on Commvault Cloud SaaS - CredlyCommvault Cloud Rewind on Commvault Cloud SaaS - Credly  Would very much like to add these to my arsenal of certifications..Does anyone know how to obtain these? I thought maybe through these -

However, I am unable to proceed further—either to resume my training or to schedule the exam and make the payment.It seems I might not be navigating to the correct section. hello ​@Jennifer Kelley I have completed the course and as I mentioned earlier threat Scan does not support scheduled operations.I wanted to bring something to your attention. I attempted the assessment twice: In my first attempt i selected the option that says Threat Scan can be scheduled as David noted that was marked incorrect (see screenshot below).   In my second attempt i selected the option without scheduling as I mentioned earliere for ​@Nikos.Kyrm  which was marked correct — as supported by both the course material and documentation (screenshots attached).

I’m having problems finishing the guide since I’m not able to proceed. Hi There Currently doing the “SaaS Specialist PLUS for MSPs” learning path, and I’ve finished all but one subject. That is “SaaS Specialist - Active Directory and Azure Active Directory - 2022”.“You cannot access the course because it is under maintenance”It’s been like this all week, and its the only subject I have left on it. Is there anymore information or update on when this will be available????

Hello,Commvault certs and courses are not available at the Readiverse platform after it transitioned from old Learning Advantage portal. So, I didn’t get any hearing from any of these e-mails: enablement-help@commvault.com, supportportal_admin@commvault.com, registrar@commvault.com. Who should I contact to make certs and courses available again?

Hi,I had a training on ea.commvault.com now since has moved to new portal. I do not see the old trainings. I had certification pending. Mailed my concern to registrar@commvault.com but no help.Please assist.

HiI am from a partner and just finished two exams in Readiverse. I would like to know where to download the certificates. I can only find the exam score currently in the “My Activities”.
