Hello,Last week I refreshed the Engineer and Expert certifications. I received my Engineer Credly badge nearly instantly but haven't received the Expert one so far. Is there any delay I should expect?

Hello,Just a simple question - are the E-lerning free courses with exams ends with the exacly the same certifcate as Instructor Lead paid one?For example: Commvault Engineer – CommCell Console ILT - 3000$ andCertified Engineer - CommCell Console (Exam plus Course Materials) - free I mean it will be great, but a bit suprising :D

I am looking to take the Advanced Configuration for CommCell Console ILT course but I am in North America and the course is offered out of UAE, Austria and Germany.  For me to do the online courses I would have to start at 4:30am.  Will you be offering this course in a North American time zone (preferrably Eastern)? Thank you.

Hi,I recently gained access to the Partner Portal and I have now completed the SE training on Readiverse.My next task was going to be to download all the available PowerPoint decks so that I could start building a couple of decks to tell the Commvault story (i.e. intro and deep-dive).Where can I find the decks?I am hoping that there are SE decks that go into great detail on each of the main product features (i.e. Core platform, Threat Scan, ThreatWise, Cleanroom Recovery, Air Gap Protect, Security IQ, Identity Resilience, HyperScale X, ...). Many thanksMark

hello ​@Jennifer Kelley I have completed the course and as I mentioned earlier threat Scan does not support scheduled operations.I wanted to bring something to your attention. I attempted the assessment twice: In my first attempt i selected the option that says Threat Scan can be scheduled as David noted that was marked incorrect (see screenshot below).   In my second attempt i selected the option without scheduling as I mentioned earliere for ​@Nikos.Kyrm  which was marked correct — as supported by both the course material and documentation (screenshots attached).

Hi There Currently doing the “SaaS Specialist PLUS for MSPs” learning path, and I’ve finished all but one subject. That is “SaaS Specialist - Active Directory and Azure Active Directory - 2022”.“You cannot access the course because it is under maintenance”It’s been like this all week, and its the only subject I have left on it. Is there anymore information or update on when this will be available????
