First off, congratulations! We’re thrilled that you're diving into Readiverse and have successfully completed one of your Certifications.
Commvault uses Credly to issue badges, and in the new Readiverse portal, you should receive your badges in just a few minutes. If you don’t see your Readiverse badge within an hour, be sure to check your spam or junk folders. If it’s still not there after 24 hours, please reach out to enablement-help@commvault.com for support. You can also create a Credly account with the same email address as your Commvault account to view your badges.
