Hello, has anyone using used the SnapArray feature of Metallic with Netapp and if so, what are the required privileges on the Netapp? Is is it vsadmin, vsadmin-backup,..?

In Metallic, the Snaparray feature for Netapp is being provided as an exception as of today.
I would suggest you to check with your CSM/Account Manager to get an exception and the details for configuring the Snaparray for NetApp so they can direct you to the appropriate team and assist you in getting it configured successfully.

in the meantime you can try to search the answer at the Commvault documentation (not Commvault Cloud/Saas) https://docs.commvault.com/, you should be able to access the “Expert” content with your Metallic/Saas account
