When I try and restore a Notebook, I do not get a functional notebook that will open. Are there other pieces that need to be restored in order to have it work properly?

Could you please confirm if you are referring to OneDrive/Sharepoint - O365 refers to Exchange/OneDrive/Sharepoint/Teams as well and they use the Cloud Agent?

OneDrive should be supported with the backups of OneNote items, reference: https://docs.metallic.io/metallic/onedrive_for_business.html
Could you please share with an reference or the issue of what’s not functioning on the OneNote side?
Would preferably request to log an case with us at https://support.metallic.io, as it does look like we would need to investigate deeper over the restore logs and as well to understand what’s the functionality with OneNote isn’t functioning.
