i am still getting old option for adding azure , as per the document i should be getting express configuration wizard.

Hi Ajal,
Thank you for your patience. Just checked internally and unfortunately Microsoft has deprecated some of the APIs and has asked us to migrate to the new MS graph based model for auth flows, so Express configuration for VSA has been pulled back.
The documentation website will be updated shortly.
