Are there any official announcements that permanent licenses are converted to subscription base models?

Hi ​@Gihan Dhanushka thanks for posting the question, and sorry for our slower reply around various holidays. Our team strongly recommends you contact your renewal representative or, in your region, ServiceContractsAPAC@commvault.com. There is not general documentation regarding the conversion process as it is specific to a customer’s account and environments. As Roy noted, your CSM can also help here.

If others outside of APAC are following this thread, you can reach out to the corresponding email desk for Americas or EMEA as well.
