couldn't restore mailbox mails from full backup as the older mails which backup was taken wasn't found and even created recovery point to test but couldn't be done.

It might be best to open a support case on this query.
It is not clear “as the older mails which backup was taken wasn't found” meaning the backup is not found or you cannot find the emails?
I think it's best to open a case so support can review and provide possible options.
