Hello,
I have a problem with commvault not been able to delete file on client after archiving job, in subclient properties i did set “Delete the files” after Archiving. When i manually start the job the file gets backup but it stays in folder on client. everything i could find is the event code 19:2325 (NumberOfFilesProcessed = [0], NumberOfFilesArchived = [0], NumberOfFilesSkippedForRedundancyCheck = [0]. TotalNumberOfFilesSkipped[0].)
Can anyone help me with this problem?

Hope you are well!
There are multiple factors that can affect the data from being archived. Could you please upload the GXHSMStub.log from the client machine to check on this further? We might need to increase the debug level (6) as well.
Open Process Manager on the client machine> select the file GXHSMStub.log> under debug section, increase the value to 6
Run a new job and share the log file with us.

I have been better, but will be much better when i solve this problem.

Could you please attach (NOT paste) the full log file here? Is only one file generated for the GXHSMStub.log after enabling debugging? In addition, please confirm an example of a file name residing under the folder ‘G:\SQLBackup\EbankArhiva’ that should be Stubbed/Deleted but is not deleting.

#1 - I notice that “Archive-read only files” checkbox is selected. Do we need to archive only files with read-only attribute?

#2 - Commvault has few restrictions for archiving such as files under deduped volumes cannot be archived. Kindly go through below link, and make sure it’s not getting excluded due to these.

#3 - Do you have delayed archiving Or is redundancy check enabled?
