I am having the issue below while installing fresh commserve.
Failed to install PythonModules(PythonModules) with error code 0x80070001.
We have ensure patches are up to date and all?
Can you suggest what the issue could be?

Go to control panel installed programs and uninstall the python packages if it is available. Then resume the CV installation.

Issue persists; after uninstalling the package;
what else could be done, please?
If all the Python packages are removed then please reboot the server once and try the upgrade again.
Raise a support case if not working.
