How to solve Subclients without full/synthetic full backups

Dear all,

I have a lot of entries in “Subclients without full/synthetic full backups” tile in Health report which are depricated Subclients or moved to another place

How to resolve this

Good day!

Kindly let us if you are seeing the subclients under the Health reports as mentioned in the below documentation.

https://documentation.commvault.com/2023e/expert/health_report_subclients_not_having_full_backup_in_60_days_tile.html

 

If so, could you please set storage policy from the deprecated subclients properties as ‘Not Assigned’ and then check for the issue.

Hi @Ahmed Elbably

Unwanted subclients can be excluded manually by enabling the “Exclude from SLA” option at subclient level. This is supported from 11.32.58. If you still need assistance or if you are seeing deprecated subclients that should be automatically excluded, can you please escalate a ticket to support with details?

But it didn’t solve this issue as some of them have no storage policy assigned.

Kindly note that most of them are already excluded from SLA calculation.

I guess I should raise a ticket to support as you mentioned before.
