Hi All,
we are configuring CommVault for the first time to take backup of Mailboxes using Azure Active Directory. The authentication is successful however we are still getting the error “Insufficient privileges to complete the operation. ErrorCode: Authorization_RequestDenied”.
The Service account is a Global Admin account, unable to identify the root cause. It seems there is Authorization issue however all required permissions granted to the application.

Could you please change the permission type from Delegated to Application?
We would need to remove the permission and re-add the same using "Application Permission"
