Hi,

Does anyone have a documentation of sql backup using intellisnap? 

I need to use with proxy server

  1. should I configure the storage array that we are using?
  2. should I create a user when I configure the SQL subclient using intellisnap?

To answer your direct questions 

  1. should I configure the storage array that we are using?  - Yes setup of the array is required
  2. should I create a user when I configure the SQL subclient using intellisnap? - A user for backups I assume? -Yes a SQL account can be leveraged same as streaming
