Hi Team,

We have facing issue in our commvault infra. While running auxillary copy job media marked as appendable its not full , after appendable is not reusable

This appendable media is not full, also tape is getting stuck inside the drive,

if we can reuse this appendable tape without erase the existing data(because we data retention in 5 years)

 

please share any solution for this issue
