1. What benefits would there be to perform the switch from policies to plans other than it is just one configuration point instead of two?

2. Are there some crucial benefits which we are not aware of? 
- Starting with platform release 2024 (11.34), new deployments using this version will no longer have access to the CommCell interface, even if current users can continue to use it, hence it is preferable to begin moving to Command Centre.

3. Could you give us some pros and cons since you are recommending to think about switching to plans?
