moving from version 11.28.76 2022E to11.30.57

can i move to version 11.30.57 from 11.28.76 as when i try to install this version it does not let me install it.

May I know what error do you see when you trigger the install?

Is the installation being performed on client or Commcell?

That is definitely a supported operation.

Yes, Maintenance Packs are only minor updates including fixes for the currently installed major release.

In order to move between major releases, like in this case from FR28 to FR30, you will need to use the full media pack
