Hello community,

Im looking for a way to restore an on-prem Exchange mailbox to an Exchange online mailbox (o365).

From Exchange restore options menu, I can see only the Exchange (on-prem) as a destination.

Also, from Exchange online (o365), there is only the option for Exchange online restore.
No option for on-prem Exchange (cross restore).

Our version is 11.32.49.

Please for your feedback, if cross restore on-prem Exchange ↔ Exchange online is supported in Commvault.

Best regards,
Nikos

Dear @Sujay kumar ,

Yes, you are right.

I also confirmed with Commvault support (Case 240910-424):

Cross Mailbox Agent Restore is not supported by Commvault.
Only option here is to restore as PST, share it with your Exchange Admin and import them into the mailboxes.

Best regards,
Nikos
