Onenote files Failed for Sharepoint & Onedrive

Hello, our Onedrive & SP online job is “completed with errors” with OneNote Files.

Error on SP online:

file_name.one FAILED The remote server returned an error (503) Server Unavailable.

Error on OneDrive:

System.Net.WebException: The underlying connection was closed: the connection was closed unexpectedly.

 

We tried renaming and moving the onenotes files, other files are well backed up.

    @JulienW Please check the size of the OneNote file as there is a known limitation of 2GB, just to make sure that is not causing issue while backup

    please create a incident with support as we have known issue with .onenote file failure , commvault working with Microsoft on this topic.
