recover site collection for sharepoint on-prem version - 'Microsoft Sharepoint server subscription edition'

Hello Community,


Seems like restoring a site collection through the offline mining option doesn't support if you check the SharePoint server requirements for Commvault offline mining; the 'Microsoft SharePoint Server Subscription Edition' isn't listed.

if not support, what’s the method for restoring a site collection for the on-prem  'Microsoft SharePoint Server Subscription Edition' version?

    Hello @DanC 

    Thanks for the great question! 
    Currently i don't see a official step around the support of the new sharepoint version and we will need to escalate a ticket to Dev and then submit a Doc MR to get Books online updated. 

     

    If you could update this thread with the case number once it is raised and i will make sure it goes the right direction.

    My customer has informed me that they will be refreshing their on-prem SP environment to server subscription.edition. I check for 11.38 and offline mining still isn’t supported for MS SP Server Subscription.
