Hi @Rahul ShindeWhats the version of Commvault and BRTools in use?Please ensure the recommended brtools version + patch level are in placeDocs link →https://documentation.commvault.com/2022e/expert/3086_sap_oracle_agent_system_requirements_03.htmlEnsure the permissions are good, use oracle group for commvault install, if the group is not used try running cvpkgchg -g<group name> -p 775 and rerun the restoreIn case if the issue still persists then open a support incident and once of us could review.Regards,Gowri Shankar
