Unable to Browse Couchbase Content from Command Center

Hello Team,

we have some users wtih the following rights. They could browse and restore MSSQL,MySQL and PostgreSQL DB’s. We have configured Couchbase today for those users.They can see that clsuters  but they can not browse the contents. Which right should I give them ?

we have upgraded COmmvault to Version 11.40.38. BUt still users can not access ,Is there a solution ?

Does the usergroup for this person:

  • Have an association with the Couchbase client or client group based on the role you show in the printscreen?
  • Have the “Plan Subscription Role” assigned on the plan which is used for the Couchbase backup?

If not, can you assign it and try again?
