Unable to find local drives while configuring Software cache

Hello Team,

We are configuring Software cache to upload downloaded installation package.

 

While copying software unable to show local drives. This is the greenfield installation and configured Commserve failover option.

Please advise.

    Can you double check that the file system agent is installed on the CommServe? this is required for copy software to function correctly. It is usually installed by default but may have been skipped if there was some other issue.

    Hi, Same issue here, freshly installed 11.18.(32) , active node installation 

    i see the file system role installed as well as the rest. 

    when clicking Software Configuration - Browse - it only shows in headline “Current Selected: \”

    and as Folder the hostname, BUT NO DRIVES.

    Can you double check that the file system agent is installed on the CommServe? → 

    @Damian Andre your post finally gave me my solution → the File System Agent (Services) was installed along all the other needed Agents on the Commserve, BUT, there was no File System Agent (Object) under the client → so → All Tasks - Create File System Agent - Problem solved, could finally see the drive letters in the Software Configuration. 

     

    Btw, typo, used Version for install was 11.28.78 (2022E).
