Unable to remove Storage Policy

Hi team,

Getting the below error even though the Subclient has been deleted:
 

 

  1. What are the right steps to get a mount path removed and its associated Storage pool and policy deleted?


When I tried to delete it from the Storage pools, got the below error:
 

 

on reviewing the logs, found the below entries:

Hello @Jass Gill 

When you try deleting a mount path or Library an email will automatically be sent out for approval. This email gets sent to the Administrators user group and must be approved by someone in the group other than the person who created the request (by trying to delete the mount path).

You can get around this by disabling the “DeleteMountPathAuthorization” workflow and re-attempting the delete. Please see the “Results” section of this documentation for more information.
