I have raised this up as an issue in the past with Dev and they advised me it is a major limitation of the Web-GUI and those restores will need to be submitted separately.
I have not seen any rumblings of it being addressed but what you can do is raise a support ticket requesting a CMR to be created. This is the best way to tell dev this is a feature that is wanted and should have more attention. The more people who do this, the more eyes it will get on it.

Support for this has been added in 11.34 for File Servers. If you find it missing for any other IDA, please raise a CMR and include me. It is not a limitation anymore in Command Center.
