Hi Team,

               I am getting the below error while taking a IntelliSnap backup, can anyone suggest

 

Description: SMIS Provider connection timeout. Please make sure 1) SMIS provider software has been installed. 2) Correct SMIS provider name has been entered using Array Management. : [Snapshot::SnapDelete: Connection to CIMOM failed]

Hi @ARVVI 

What do you see in the CVMA.log on the Media Agent performing the snap at the time of failure? 

Also, what feature release / maintenance release are you running?

Hi Chris,

Thanks for the reply..

               The issue got resolved when we cleared all snap at storage level and now the backup is getting successful.
