Hi Rahul,
Please check the following documentation related to considerations before upgrading your Feature Release
The DDBs should not be affected and should continue regular operations once the FR upgrade has been completed.
For information on how to push the upgrade for the MAs from the CS please check the following link

Once you have upgraded the CommServe, you can upgrade the Media Agent from the console if software cache is populated with the 11.28 binaries or directly from the Media Agent operating system running the setup from the 1.28 binaries. Make sure there is no activity running on each Media Agent when doing the upgrade.

If software cache is populated, from which option in the console we can update media agents.
And one more thing : Would DDB be affected after updating media agents?
