During the upgrade process from 11.24 to 11.28 i face the following error : failed main upgrade phase for the database.

Ho can resolve this issue ?

This is probably best handled by opening a case with Support.

HI @Emara ,

As advised by my colleague, better to open a support case, we will need to review the logs to understand why the MainUpgrade Phase is failing. We will then be able to provide a solution


Dear all ,

i already open a case with the support and the issue in the 11.28 version the version has a lot of bugs . , The solution is to upgrade directly from  version 11.24 to version 11.32 and everything works fine .
