I checked he details.
From the error, we see the Chunk processing is failed. I suggest to check the following options:
1. On the Particular disk and mount path, check if you are available to acces the chunk on its folder eV_xxxxxxx].
2. Check if the Read/write permissions are given to the folder/path
3. Check if the chunk is in readable format and having all files on it.
4. As the error message mentioned the job ID, go to that Client/Job and run a verification job to check if the particular job is healthy or not.
5. If the Verification job fails, there are chances that the job is corrupted due to bad chunk/file.
Further if the issue persists, please reach out to Commvault team for a detailed review on the issue.
