i can't use the Disk Library Growth Trend report any more, he just show me the last day, although i set 7days ore any other time period.
Unfortunately the link fore uninstall and download a recent version from store is not working any more.

has any one a idea how to fix or wehre i can download a new version?

You can find the Disk Library Growth report under the Health Report. Let me know if this was helpful
