Storage: Dell Data Domain Client Library
Question: Customer would like to use the client (VSA) direct mode (storage accelerator) backups for VMware virtual machine backups. The CS, MA and VSA are in same subnet and the VSA has direct connectivity to DD Boost Client Library.
+22I'm not an expert on Dell storage, but from what I know of data domain is that it doesn't support the S3 protocol e.g. you can't configure a data domain as a cloud storage target and storage accelerator only works with cloud libraries.
