We want to run two backup jobs on a same VMgroup, using two different server plans which are configured to store backups on two different Object stores.
We are also using same media agent; will it cause any issues?

I imagine Full jobs will work fine, but Incr jobs will be an issue. VMware is not going to be tracking changes (CBT) separately for the 2 VM Groups. I have not seen this done before, so I don’t know if the Incr jobs will have failures or if they’ll just give you incomplete data.
If you want the data in 2 different storage locations, why not just Aux Copy?

What is the problem you are trying to solve? Have backups going to 2 different libraries? If so, that’s the exact purpose of setting up Aux Copies.
