we migrated our file server around 30 tb which was backed up using windows server file system agent to netapp FS ,
what will be the recommended way to protect the netapp FS ,
if i add the storage array and taking backup does it increase the storage utilization ? will the dedup work which was taken using with file server agent ,
or ndmp without storage array added will be better

If the backups are run in the policy associated with same DDB then you will have dedup work
